Open Help window instead of web browser on F1?

how can I configure EA 9 to show the separate help window (with context sensitive help) instead of the web browser when hitting F1?

What operating system are you running?  Are you running EA under Crossover or WINE?  What do you have selected when you have pressed F1?

I am running EA 9 on Windows XP.

When I press F1, the web browser opens with the help information on the currently selected element or window.

I would like to have the separate help window open with the same page instead (like in EA
