XMI-Import - Documentation-Tag Requirements

Hello to all,

I am evaluating the export and import functions for XMI files. I found out that the documentation tag containing information about the exporter tool that created the XMI-File requires specific values. That's pretty sad, because I developed my own exporter tool creating an XMI-File with my repository and cannot quote that the file was created with my own exporter tool. Instead of this I have to enter the information of other (commercial) UML-Tools.

Within the specification of XMI-Schema I found no information about the limitation of values to registered exporter tools. So what is the purpose of this limitation?
