Missing "linked elements panel"

I'm trying to use the Team Review Feature, and followed the instructions at http://www.sparxsystems.com/uml_tool_guide/modeling_tool_features/discussionforum.htm and http://www.sparxsystems.com/uml_tool_guide/modeling_tool_features/addingobjectlinks.htm

The instructions assume that the "linked elements panel" will be visible as soon as you create a new topic.  That isn't the case for me, so I'm either missing a step, or there's a bug.

Before I report a bug, I thought I'd check to see if anyone else has the same problem.  I'm using 9.1.909

The Linked Elements panel was removed from the Team Review facility for (I'm pretty sure) the release of build 909. Now, to link to a range of EA objects, you drag the object onto the Category, Topic or Post.  The link is stored in a Model Links folder attached to the Category, Topic or Post.

The web Help is usually not up to date with the latest release. It definitely isn't up to date for the later build releases of EA 9.0 and 9.1 - we have tried to get it there, but not succeeded yet - sorry.

For the most up to date Help information, refer to the .chm file integrated with the EA installer (the 'Product Help', rather than the 'Web Help').

In the former EA discussion forum you had a section in the lower right part where you could drag&drop elements, diagrams from the project browser to refer to them.
With the new EA team review you have to drag these reference elements to the related topic on the left hand side section of the team review view. This adds a child node "Model Links" with the referenced elements below.
I must admit that I missed the more user friendly link view from the discussion forum but I guess this is due to the fact that the same document editor is now used for team review posts.
