Favor the following document style

This dialogoue (v9.1 910) is only ever shown once, the very first time a document is generated after EA is installed.

What is the significance of this choice? (no help provided)
Is it possible to change this selection later?

It corresponds to the 'Optimize for Open Office' checkbox. It comes up once to ensure that people make a choice before generating the first time.

As for what it does, the most important thing is replacing the document fields with the values themselves. Otherwise when opening in Open Office you see the fields instead of the generated report.

As an aside, knowing this, I recommend that when using Word or Libre Office select Open Office.
