Recording History XML File Example

I'm looking for an example file of the recording history in the xml format. Are there any examples available? I was not able to generate one myself because of the missing jdk or visual studio installations.
I would like to generate a recording history file from my embedded target and use it to generate a sequence diagram. That would save me a lot of work documenting the code dynamic behaviour.
