Use case scenarios

Hi,
We are running version 7.5 of EA (Corporate edition) and when I try to create a Use Case am not getting the "Structured Specification" tab under the Scenarios tab/option. Does anybody know which version this came in under of whether there's a system setting we're missing.

I believe it was introduced in version 8

Not the answer I wanted (was hoping it was a setting) but the one I was partly expecting.
