cleaning up state machine in Project Browser
« on: December 21, 2011, 04:52:29 am »
While working on one of my state machines, I changed some of my trigger call names. Unfortunately, in the PB now I've got several copies of them. How do I purge them? TIA! :D

Use the Find Orphans search (you may optionally switch to package sub-search in the builder options). You can delete the unused elements from the search results.

Awesome, thanks! There is just so much to EA. It's an amazing tool, but finding something is often a challenge.  :o

Yep. The UI is strange at least. I once called it EAUI (EA Unique Interface). But you more or less get used to it. And yes, you can do a lot of nice things with EA.

Heh, ain't that the truth! Usability and clarity were not the primary design goals.  ;D
