VB call EA (to generate Use case , Activity)

Hi all,
I have some question as following
   1. can VB.net call EA ?
   2. i want to coding with VB.net to create xmi file
       and then import xmi file to EA to generate Use case and Activity diagram


If it possible did anyone have an example for this question?

i see your example on third link, wow i'm crazy like you say.
it not necessary to do it to xmi format before to generate UML diagram.
