9.3 Workspaces and Commands

Hi
I have just installed build 930.
From the Interface Customization wizard I selected 'Software Development'
As my project is under source control I need to access the version control settings, so I did

view->Workspaces and Commands ;
Selected the Command tab.
Right click on Software Development
Save As
Checked the version control tick box

Now at this point i was expecting the 'Save' button to be available but it is not.

If I use the apply button the version control check is cleared!

Have I misunderstood how this is supposed to work?
