EA: Requirements Sections in RTF Documentation
« on: March 15, 2012, 02:34:22 am »
I cannot seem to get my requirements into an RTF document by checkboxing the Requirements sections in the template editor and adding in the desired requirement fields. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not really enough info to give specific help.
Have you set the focus at the correct point in the project browser?
Have you set any filters to exclude requirements?
There is a white paper provided by Sparx and the help is pretty good at getting started.  Sometimes the templates just get confused and you have to start a new one (just happened to me on creating my third copy of a template I was experimenting with).

The RTF Template "Requirements" section is related to the "internal" requirements of an element (see section "requirements" in the properties window of an element)

I think that the Requirements you refer are elements itself, and they're documented when you generate a document including the package that includes the Requirement elements.

Luis.
