Behaviour tab for operations

Hi
It seems that when you have picked a way of specifying the behaviour for an operation you cannot change it

For example, I used the 'Element' button to select a behaviour and now all I can do is to select an alternative behaviour. So I cannot change it back to plain text

Has anyone else come across this ?
Is there a way out of it?
