SysML part stereotype and multiplicity
« on: March 31, 2012, 11:30:46 am »
When dropping a block on an internal block diagram as a composite part, EA automatically sets the stereotype to property. I set the multiplicity to a number, but it does not show anywhere in the part on the IBD  (number in the upper right corner according to the SysML 1.2 standard). Is property the correct stereotype, and if so how to get it to show the multiplicity?

It used to work in EA8 (I'm using the Ultimate edition so I have SysML) but I can no longer get the multiplicity to be displayed on the idb in v9.3  :-[

Could this be a bug .??

It does not work under version 9 (don't know about previous versions). The response I got from support (reference number 12042605) is shown below.

Unfortunately the current version of EA doesn't draw the multiplicity.
Our developers advised they will add this in a future release.
