Project Management issue

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Gantt view to allocate tasks to my team, i can't find a way to set "Predecessors" for specific tasks to be able to automatically move successors in the timeline if predecessor is delayed.

I would also like to regroup tasks in folders.
I used to work with MS Project and would prefer to use only EA...
