Subversion error message

I am getting an error message when I try to control a package with version control. The error message says: "Please contact Sparx Support: Could not find Subversion configuration file: C:\Program Files\Sparx Systems\EA\Config\SVN\config". Does anyone happen to know what the problem is? I set up version control in the Version Control Settings, but is there some sort of other configuration step that I missed? Thanks!
