SoaML Changes
« on: September 18, 2012, 12:53:23 am »
Hello,

I am using EA to model SoaML. There are some things that are not correct any longer:

- There is no "Entity" in SoaML.
- "ServicePoint" and "RequestPoint" have been renamed to "Service" and "Request" in the current version of SoaML
- There is no "ParticipantArchitecture" any longer. This one has been replaced by the ServicesArchitecture that is already available.

Maybe you can adapt your implementation of SoaML that it corresponds to the standard in version 1.0.

Regards,

Michael

Edit: According to SoaML 1.0 a Participant extends the Metaclass "Class" (only). In EA a Participant can still be applied to classes and(!) components.
