"Implementation Detail" ignores SysML <<satisfy>>

i have the following issue with EA 9.3.

in SysML 1.2 a design (Block / Activity etc) can "satisfy" a Requirement, it doesn't "realize" it. however, selecting Project > Documentation > Implementation Details correctly lists the Requirements elements as needing to be implemented, but only shows those which are "realized" (incorrect SysML) as "implemented" while those that are "satisfied" (correct SysML) as "not  implemented".

what is the correct behaviour / what is the recommended approach?
