Template Fragments - Notes field display format

Hello,
I'm trying to use template fragments but I have a problem. I've created a template fragment in which I'm using a custom SQL query. The problem starts when I trying to display a content of a notes field for an element (Custom Field in Template Fragment). The field is displaying as a plain text so I have something like this:
<ol><li>point 1</li></ol>.

Is it possible to display the correct formated notes content in the fragment template and how can I do this?
