Support Contract - Upgrade to new version

Hello,

after buying EA v9 in early 2012 i know recognized that there will be a new version.

Unfortunately you are only allowed to download the newest version for exactly one year.

So for getting my hands on the new EA 10 Ultimate Version do i have to buy once again or is there some sort of upgrade contract?

If yes, could somebody be so kind to lend me a hand and direct me in the right direction ...
