Document template

All,
I have a document template in which the Glossary and the Activity diagrams in my model are being exported to an RTF document which works great.
I also have a domain diagram (block) and a Users diagram which I would also like to include in the RTF document, but that option is not shown on the pane containing the items I can include in the template.

When I select Project->Documentation->Generate Documentation and go into the Templates tab and select my template, I get a screen with a "Sections" pane on the left from which I can select the items to include in my template and thus in my output document. I don't see an option for block diagrams

That is, I would like to be able for the template to include all the diagrams I have defined in my model including the above along with use Case Diagrams, etc.

Any ideas would be appreciate it.
