Relationship matrix - creating relationships

I am trying to use the Relationship Matrix to create new relationships but the context menu won't let me (the create and delete options are fryed out).  In fact it won't me delete relationships either but it will let me modify existing ones.

We are using EA 10.0.1006 and use SQL Server to store our database and user locks to control access to elements.  The packages containing both elements are locked to me as are all elements and diagrams within them.

I can create relationships between the entities on a diagram just not in the Relationship Matrix.  Anyone know what other conditions may have to be set to get this to work?

Solved it!  

You only see the Create/Delete items on the context menu when you have the 'Direction' for the profile set to 'Source->Target' or 'Target->Source', i.e. not set to 'Both'!  
This sort of makes sense when creating a new one but not really for deleting an existing one...
