TOGAF installation Problem

I have just Installed EA 7.5 and then intalled the TOGAF plugin

previously this has all worked and first start after the togaf install asked for the license key

Have just done another Install and TOGAF doesn't appear to be installed in EA.

Have uninstalled TOGAF and then reinstalled and has made no difference.

Have added in the License Key and this hasn't made any difference either

Laptop is running Win XP Pro 32Bit SP3 same as the machien it worked on previously.

These are also seperate licenses so isn't a licensing issue..I hope

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Which edition of EA (the main product, not the add-in) have you got? The TOGAF plugin will only work with some of the new 'engineering' editions, and the ultimate edition of course.

EA Version 7.5 Professional.

Bearing in Mind I used the Same installers on another machine and they worked fine, so is specific to this machine I think
