ArchiMate 2 shape script?
« on: June 18, 2013, 05:35:39 pm »
I would like to create a sub-stereotype of ArchiMate_SystemSoftware, with the same icon, but with a different label (I would like to prefix the label with some static text). Unfortunately it is not possible to inherit a decoration shape.

So my question is: what does the shape script for the icon of ArchiMate_SystemSoftware look like? Is there some way to reverse engineer the base64 encoded <image type="EAShapeScript 1.0"> part found in the ArchiMate2.xml file that is located in the Sparx Systems/EA/MDGTechnologies directory? Or is the shape script for the ArchiMate 2 stereotypes available somewhere?

As I have previously stated on this forum. Following those instructions could be interpreted as a form of reverse engineering a portion of Enterprise Architect which is expressly against the license agreement.
