All,
I am looking for an RTF template that includes the diagrams as well as a cover page, table of contents. I would like the diagrams to show the date they were created and when they were last updated (as the HTML version does).
In addition, I am looking for other RTF templates, including one I can use for a System Design Document(SDD). In the case of the SDD template, I would like to have a cover page, table of contents, sections for Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Domain Diagrams, Requirements, etc.

Hi Angelo,

most of your requirements are possible to fullfill. Unfortunately the template editor is a bit freaky and need a few adjustments...

You can start by copying a existing template and removing all information you don't want to have. Than restructure it to your own design features and insert a table of content and a cover page.
