Element List - EA Version 10.0.1.1004

I have successfuly imported DOORS requirements into EA via the MDG Link.  According to the DOORS MDG Link Help, I am suppose to be able to be able to mimic the DOORS module window by using "Element List" under the View|Element toolbar.  However, I don't have the "Element List" as an option in the View toolbar.  How do I activate the "Element List" functionality.

It's not in the toolbar. You can view packages as list. It's somewhere in the context menu.

The "Element List" view is now called the "Package Browser" view.  See:

With this forums assistance I found the Package Browser and I was able to successful display the requirements.  However, I am experiencing another related problem: I have two sets of requirements, each in its own seperate package.  I can get the package browser Standard View to work on Package 1, but on package 2 when I select Standard View I get this error:
"DAO.QueryDef[3219]
Invalid Operation"
