Hello,

Again I apologize for my bad english...

How could I make a profile diagram? When I select the new diagram option, there is no such option...

A Profile diagram is generally a Class diagram in which you use the Profile pages of the Diagram toolbox to define the Profile Package, Stereotype and Metaclass elements of the Profile.

If you are using version 10 of EA, in the Profile pages of the Toolbox are the Profile helpers, which will help you create Profiles within an MDG Technology (which is the preferred method). See the Help and the Learning Center topics (Alt+F1 > Modeling Languages > Build a Profile).

If you are using an earlier release, you can create a Class diagram and use the Profile pages of the Diagram toolbox, although in theory you could use any type of diagram and use the Profile elements. Or create any type of diagram with its own elements. When you have finished, though, you right click on the diagram and select the Save Diagram as Profile option, or right-click on the parent Package and select the Save Package as Profile menu option.

It is all documented in the Help included with the installer of your release of EA - click on the Help icon (question mark in blue circle) or press F1 on any screen, then use the index to locate information on Profiles.
Best Regards, Roy

Create a profile package. Any diagram owned by a profile package is a profile diagram.

[edit]Ah simulposted with Roy! I'll leave my answer here so you can choose the long answer or the short answer...[/edit]
