Detailed documentation needed to BPMN

Hi,

is there a documentation describing the details of each BPMN Elements ? For example I could not find any description for:

Element "DataObject", properties: dataObjectRef, dataState, ...
Element "DataStore", properties: itemSubject,  categoryValue
