List View: show Nested contents with hierarchy

I wanna display the diagram utilizing the list view with
'Nested package Content': ON
and
'Show Hierarchy' : ON

Both setting above is clickable in Package Browswer, but list view of a diagram is NOT clickable.

Does EA has these capability ?

Use Package browser(Right click package -> Package Browswer -> Standard View), instead of List view to have these options enabled

I don't see how that would be useful on a diagram.
A diagram doesn't have a hierarchy.

The purpose is to be able to open the package diagram with List View as default by setting ( Property -> switch to Diagram tab -> check 'Always Open as Element List' in Mode compartment)  

You might think it is easy to select the Pakcage itself and select package browser.

But our reviewers are not familiar with EA.
It will be useful to show list view as a default if needed.

AFAIK, this cannot be made as the default view,

But the closest you can get is to have
1. Define a hyperlink to select a package (Hyperlink ->  Package -> SelectPackage)
2. "EA Command" hyperlink created with "ShowView" and choosing "ViewElementList" which will open the Project browser
