RTF Generator
« on: December 10, 2013, 04:42:52 pm »
Hi All, I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of any documentation about the RTF Document Generator - in particular the more advanced features such as using SQL etc.  All I can really find is a video, which is great but I'm looking for more information.

Thanks,

Kristen

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply - yes this was very helpful.  And I think what I'm trying to do with the template shouldn't be as difficult as I'm finding it.

What I'm trying to do is to create a table of all use cases, and the Actors associated with them (but when I get the connectors I get all other connected Use Cases as well)  :-/

I should be able to do this with Filters I thought, but I can't seem to get the correct logic.

Any suggestions?

Kristen

Hi,

Have you tried on the report template "options" tab exluding all elements except UseCase and Actor and exlude all "connectors" exept UseCase or Association (depending upon the type of connector you have between your Use Cases and Actors) ?

Then in the RTF template Package->Element add the use case details with a Package->Element->Connector section to show your Actors?

Regards,

Jon.
