Built in security
« on: January 23, 2014, 03:12:21 am »
Hi
We have a project that is using the EA security features
When the project was set up there was a user with administrator rights for the project that allowed the management of users etc
The person who set this up has left us and we do not know the user name or password. >:(

Is there a way of retrieving this?

Thanks

You can remove security setting. There is at least one post describing that.

Or you go into the database and set the pasword field to null, and login with empty password.

Thanks for the replies

In the end I found the admin password in the database and set it to the empty string ;D
