Document Generation is not available

I have been using the EA v10 for a while now on a company machine that was running WinXP, but last week they "upgraded" me to Win7 64.
I installed EA and all the addins and all of the functionality seems to work except the documentation icon has no associated text and pressing F8 does nothing. It's almost like the document generator is not installed, but how can that be there is no option to exclude it.

OBTW ... my company removes admin rights so a reinstall is not an easy option :-(

WOW ... I did not even know that features could be turned off and on ... Thanks much ... works fine now
