Upgrade v9 to v11; server-based model repositories

Hi there,

I am wondering if there's any documentation regarding upgrade paths from version to version (e.g. v9 to v11) for EA, which includes information on upgrading server-based model repositories (e.g. Microsoft SQL server), if applicable.

There usually isn't an impact to the server when a client migrates to a higher version.  I've currently got a mix of 9,10 & 11 clients all running against the same repository without issues.  Caveat new features are not visible in the older clients.

Specifically we are using SQL Server and the schema has not changed in a while.
