Standard project models

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone had a standard project model that they cared to share that contains requirements, issues, stakeholders and the like.

I have a couple based on waterfall type projects, but I've been asked to help out in what is going to be more of an Agile project approach.

Check the EA example model. You likely will not find anything better. If it's realistic it will also be confidential. If not, it's likely not worth sharing.
