I have some Business Processes created in IBM Rational Software Architect in BPMX format. Is there any way to get this into EA?

Do you mean bpmn ? not that it really matters - as currently Sparx can't import BPMN XML (it can only export). So its unlikely you will be able to pull this in. There are however a large number of commercial products that can exchange model data ... they typically cost a fair bit however...
