Scenarios - Jump to step or empty alternate paths

Hello,

In my scenario, under some conditions i need to skip some steps.
Is there any way to jump to another step?
I've tried to create an empty alternate path, but it's not showing up on activity diagram.

And a second little question:
Is it possible to create context reference not on the class itself but on class attribute?
