Opening all sections in the toolbox by default?

Since v11 suddenly only one section in my toolboxes is opened, and the other sections (relationships, common, artifacts) are collapsed.
So I now need an extra mouseclick if I want to add a relationship, or a note.

Is there some kind of setting that restores the old behavior where all sections were opened by default?

I guess the Sparx guys see that as an improvement like moving around menus each release.
