Report generation - Actions per Activity diagram

All,
I would like to generate a report which basically lists the Activity Diagram and all the actions under it.

I am looking to get those in a textual format, if you will, and not as an activity diagram.

Ideally, I am looking to build a table, or tables, with one column showing the activity diagram and the column next to it the actions that are utilized/used in that particular activity diagram.

Can you please let me know if any of you has done this before?
