Hi everyone, I bought Enterprise architech 10 in the past years, now i want the 12 version. If I pay for one year subscription, will my enterprise architech 10 will upgrade to 12 or I must buy the new version ?

Yes, this is correct. Renewing your licence subscription will give you access to the latest version of EA.
