EA 12 not working with Team Foundation Server(TFS)
« on: May 30, 2015, 04:44:05 am »
Enterprise Architect 12 build 1214 is not being able to sync with Team Explorer when Team Foundation Server - TFS is used as the version control. This issue does not exist on EA 11.

Version Control Settings
Type: TFS

Check-out a package and then try to check-in:

"You cannot check-in package "Maintenance"

The associated file 'ea7\721EEFC247FB' is not currently check-out by you.

However, I confirm that it is indeed checked-out to me using Package Control > File Properties...

Also confirmed with Team Explorer, but EA 12 fails to recognize this.

I tryed, at last, Re-sync Status With VC Provider and it gave the following error:

Resynchronizing status of the selected version controlled package, with its Version Control Provider.

Package: 'Maintenance' - WARNING: Package marked as 'CheckedOut' to 'ricardo', but XMI file reported as 'Out To Other' - cannot synchronize to this state.  Clearing 'CheckedOutTo=' value from package.

Any ideas? Is that a bug or a configuration problem? This error does not occur on EA 11.

Same problem here. Did you find a solution already?
