Changes, Issues and Defects in Relationship Matrix

I would like to construct a relationship matrix to show the test cases used to test the Changes and the Issues.

I am using 'Issues to track bugs and 'Changes' to track requests for changes in the application (i.e. add new functionality). The latter do not include changes to resolve issues.

I would like a matrix that displayed the test cases used to test both the Changes and Issues. At the moment I'm creating matrices that display test cases for Changes or for Issues.

Is there a common object for these two objects that can be put into 'Source Type' combo box when creating the matrix.
