glossary terms in the document generation

even if in version 12 of EA in the document generation Markup glossary terms is selected in the documents glossary terms appearing in the commentary are not marked.
Vice versa, in the editors inside EA these same terms appear regularly marked.
How can I have glossary terms marked in the document?
