Define Model Validation Confuguration in MTS file

How am I supposed to enable/disable the model validation rule category that I define in an AddIn via DefineRuleCategory? The CategoryId is what is returned by that EA function, how should I know what it will return in advance when I configure my MTS file in order to generate a MDG Technology?
