Relationship Matrix Filtering
« on: October 05, 2003, 08:04:08 pm »
It would be nice if there were an option in the Relationship Matrix to auto filter on elements that had a realtionship so you could use it more easily for dependency analysis.

This is an old topic but I'm looking for the same sort of functionality today so.... +1 on the original post.

The traceability window is more suitable for that purpose.

We als often use custom SQL searches for traceability and impact analysis.

Thanks Geert.
I think using a custom SQL search (as you suggest) in the Source or Target of the Relationship Matrix gives me the filtered view I want.  That might be what the original poster needed too.
