Note links & Sequence activation

A couple of small requests, as I'm using mainly the class and sequence diagrams at the moment.

- Note Links: It seems they can only link to notes and classes (and other box objects). I'd like to be able to link a note to a relationship line/arrow in class diagrams and to messages in sequence diagrams (or even better: link to a particular parameter in the message call ).

- Sequence: It's sometimes quite difficult to make the activation bars start and stop where I want... I usually eventually get it by trying the activation flags one by one and different combinations of them, but it's not intuitive.
I need more control for example when showing some thread being interrupted by another thread (due to some external event).
Not sure how to make that easier though...

(oh, if those are already implemented, I apologize and would appreciate any help)
