UML 2.0 multiple stereotypes on element
« on: May 03, 2004, 07:42:23 am »
How can I specify multiple stereotypes on an element?
This feature is part of UML 2.0.

In the element details form there is a [...] button next to the stereotype field, this opens the multiple stereotype form.

Hmm.. now I see it.  Thanks for prompt reply. Now I can add multiple stereotypes (and keywords like <<interface>>), but they do neither appear on the diagram nor in the property viewer stereotype field.  The only one displayed are the one I select in the dropdown listbox.  This seems to be one of the rough edges of version 4.0 that need to be polished both in the tool and in the documentation (no info about multiple stereotypes/keywords there as far as I can see ;-)

hello,

multiple stereotypes on a class are not evaluated at code-generation.
further more it's not possible to assign multiple stereotypes to operations.

@ea-team:
- is it planned to support multiple stereotypes on classes in the code-templating-framework?
- is it planned to support multiple stereotypes for methods, and this also in the code-templating-framework?

cheers,
martin
