System Issues and Glossary

EA has two different windows for each Issues and Glossary. One from the System window and one each from the Project menu. I suggest to reduce them to appear only once but having better filtering/printing instead (in issues for example print only those for a certain person; especially show ALL issues EXCEPT Closed).
