More filters in Import Element Tests

Currently, when selecting which element to import from (Import Tests from Other Elements), you are given the choice of a) ALL elements in the model, or b) those elements that have a relation with the current element.

You can also filter according to Element Type.

a) gives too many and b) too few, but the type filter is a step in the right direction.

Currently, elements are listed even if they have no tests at all, so a couple of extra useful selection filters would be:

1. (always) Only show elements that have any tests
2. (selectable, default) Show elements in same Package (and/or Diagram ?)

And for convenience, it would be good to have a checkbox to restrict the view to those elements of the same type as the current element - I know you could type it in as an Element Type selector, but surely it makes sense to make this a one-click operation for the majority of cases.
