I am writing  application that must to give signal as attention .How i can generate sound  by frequency or time not recorded 'that i"ll hear via speaker of PC?

Give the man a brake.
Write a simple char(7) to your systen and you will get a beep in your speek.

I wonder how beep is modeled in UML  ;D
