 Are there any plans to provide source code engineering support for the language Ruby?

There are no plans that I am aware of to support reverse engineering for Ruby, however you should be able to add support for modeling and forward generation using the code template framework.

t-kouno has produced some templates for Ruby and made them available back in August 2005.  See the following links for info and download...
