Delete Users while they have locked objects.

Don't know if this is truly a bug but, if a user has locked a bunch of elements/diagrams etc and then they are deleted, EA doesn't remove the locks and you cannot unlock the elements unless you physically go into db tables and delete them manually.  Would be nice to either prevent a user from being deleted if they still have locked objects OR show the locks in View/Manage Lock usage report as they do not appear in the list.
