I would like to see in EA the following:

- diagram overview window

- possibility of hiding attribute visibility signs in class diagrams

- ability to show a sign of association reading direction

On the Diagram Properties dialog, clear the "Hide Qualifiers" check box.

- ability to show a sign of association reading direction

On the Association Properties dialog, set the value for "Direction".

Association navigation direction and association reading direction are different things and denoted diffrerently.
In the Association Properties dialog navigation direction is set.

Give the association a name.
Right click on the label created on the diagram.
Go to Direction and set the indicator you wish to appear.
